D.A.M. Good Bodies Elite Personal Training will work with you to create a fitness plan which suits your lifestyle. 2 to 3 weekly one on one personal training sessions’ are recommended for you to achieve optimal results. Weekly sessions are encouraged to motivate and keep you accountable for your own fitness goals. Boot Camp services can be added to your private sessions for variety and challenge to your workout.

The word “lackluster”, will no longer be a part of your workout vocabulary. If you are seeking weight loss, strength training, flexibility, cardio conditioning, or a combination, David will create an individualized program based on your desired fitness goals. David will motivate your inner spirit to focus, work hard and push for success. Personal training is the optimal choice for maximum results.
