Bootcamp

D.A.M. Good Bodies Boot Camp is a group workout designed to help you get your body where you want it to be! It’s called METABOLIC TRAINING. This workout is designed to do much more than just get you sweaty. It will actually turn on the fat burning hormones during the workout and keep your body in calorie burning state hours after boot camp is over. You will learn proper exercise form and technique to get your total body tighter, firmer and stronger from head to toe. At D.A.M. Good Bodies Boot Camp, you will learn how to properly use dumbbells, barbells, kettle bells, TRX System, Super Bands, stability balls, and medicine balls. Bring your yoga mat, sweat towel, and a bottle of water. Be sure you have something to light to eat 60-45 minutes before you arrive. Bring a friend and arrive on time!
